Sanjay Agarwal is an Executive Coach and T&D professional. His professional experience spreads over a span of 33 years; it is equally divided in leadership roles in training and sales.
In addition to T&D he is also involved in HR Consulting such as BEI & running assessment/development centres.
In 1996 after 16 years in sales, where he started his journey as a Professional Service Officer at Pfizer; he changed his track to his area of interest i.e. L&D.
Post his career in Cadila, as Training Manager & later DGM-Training, he has headed the Learning functions at Alembic, Fulford, Schering Plough, MSD and Novartis.
He has trained in India & overseas on variety of topics such as: sales skills, sales coaching, pharmaceutical marketing, and leadership skills and conducted train the trainers on various training competencies.
He is a certified executive coach and enjoys helping leaders see & rise to their potential.
Sanjay is a double post graduate with an MBA (HR & Marketing).
He is certified to use a battery of psychometric instruments like MBTI, BELBIN, Thomas (DISC) ,Prism.
